Why does my Dog Barking so much and so loud? HELP ASAP?

I have a hound dog .. And for the ones you do know that they cry! LOUDDDD! and each time knocking on my door, or he may hear a knock at the door of my neighbors or hear a dog or something he howls … and it is so loud … I'm afraid to tell someone to me with a noise. but I've asked my neighbors in my apt. complicated when it bothers them, and apologized for the noise. They said they dont hear it, but I do not know them, because aprt my echo … What can I do to possibly calm him from barking. He also barks when people come over for the first ten minutes and then stop. but it is sooo loud. It is a kind of embarrassing. I know that it barking when I am not there. I just need some Advice on what to do. .. I get a muzzle or what? Help ….

I worked with animals since I was a teenager. Trust me this is not unusual It is only Your Dog tries to keep you safe:) I do not know to stop the more you scream it, the more he will keep barking, and loud. Of course he can not speak English, if you raise your voice, he thinks you want to keep him safe. I use to draw an old trick, take a can of Pepsi or Coke or whatever, and put a few coins in the can. Every time he starts to bark, shake it, and it will distract him. You do not like it loud clunking noise, and if You feel about them, he will eventually get the hint. If you notice better behavior, not reward you forget. This will keep him wanting to be a good dog. It is not needed, a shell, they are uncomfortable. And they are capable, because to suffocate them. I used to groom dogs and we would be muzzled when they biters. You can only leave it on for a few seconds ..
