hunting in southern Alabama?

So I go hunting, I've gone hunting once, 10 years ago and was on the ground uncles friends and even kill anything. However, several attempts venison and it's great. So anyway I live in southern Alabama, all the way to the end bottom of the East, and I'm wondering where to hunt and all I need, licenses, etc. and how is everything. and what is the season for the different types of animals, deer, turkeys, etc. Thanks

Well, first of all, it's old you are. If you were born before 1977, so you will not need a hunter safety course, but if you is born after then. It's something you need to get your hunting license. Next if you are looking for land, then really consider some AGF. The deer in southern Alabama are impressive.
