Microsoft RDP is a feature of Microsoft Windows operating systems that allows someone to work remotely on a computer. It means Remote Desktop Protocol. So the next time it occurs at a party, you'll know what to say.

Remote Desktop Protocol used in many enterprise environments to enable employees to access their desktop remotely. This technology rapidly adopted by small businesses as well, because it is a convenient, cost effective and secure access to corporate documents or e-mail from home computer of a person.

Many small businesses with small and medium-sized networks were generally computer network architecture includes a router for broadband Internet, which shares the Internet connection to the company with a number of computers on the network. This type of broadband routers typically also combines the functionality of a type of router with firewall protection.

While there is absolutely nothing wrong with a computer network configuration of this nature, some small businesses face the challenge of doing more of a company computer accessed remotely via Microsoft RDP. This is because the devices to share broadband connections are generally the configuration of the IP address of a computer on the network as a DMZ. DMZ is the "area demilitarized, which means that all traffic from outside network (Internet) is transmitted to a computer.
